These Terms of Service govern your use of fzolutions.com and the services provided by FZolutions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Website
By using fzolutions.com you agree to these terms. You must use the site lawfully and may not attempt to disrupt or damage it.
2. Quotes & Consultations
Quotes and consultations are initial estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing through a signed proposal or contract.
3. Service Packages & Pricing
Packages and pricing may change over time. The pricing in your signed proposal is what applies to your project.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines depend on client content, timely approvals, and the agreed scope. Client delays may extend delivery.
5. Payments, Deposits & Subscriptions
Some services require a deposit before work begins. Subscriptions (hosting, maintenance) are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide content, review work, and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe to keep the project on track.
7. Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, the client owns the final approved deliverables. FZolutions may display the work as a portfolio example unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs.
9. Third-Party Tools
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, email, payment processors, and analytics. Those services are governed by their own terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
FZolutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific search rankings or specific marketing results. We follow strong practices, but results depend on many external factors.
12. Termination / Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed according to the proposal.
13. Contact
Google Maps
We display public reviews and ratings from Google Maps. Our server requests the FZolutions listing; we do not send your contact details to Google to retrieve these reviews. Profile images, when available, load from Google and may share technical data such as your IP address. Google Maps content is subject to Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
